The architect laid special emphasis on a pleasant design and an agreeable working atmosphere for all employees.

The facilities include atriums and open-plan communication islands, workplaces with barrier-free access and flooded with daylight, freedom of movement, fresh air, a company kindergarten and an in-house fitness centre.

Solutions

In compliance with the architectural requirements for optimal working and living quality for the staff, 5,000 m² of acoustic design ceilings were installed here in office rooms, cafeteria and function hall.

One of the special challenges was the complexity of technical installations and built-in elements for lighting systems, climate control and sprinkler systems and their inspection access facilities.

The added extraordinary time pressure to meet the completion date could only be managed through interdisciplinary team work.
